By creating an account or using the TikCook app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, videos, and comments you upload. By uploading content, you grant TikCook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content to other users within the app, for as long as your content remains posted.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes someone else's intellectual property, abusive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit. We use automated keyword filtering as a first line of defense against obviously abusive text; this is not a complete moderation solution, and we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: attempt to bypass rate limiting or other security measures; scrape or bulk-download other users' content; impersonate another person; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time — see our data deletion instructions for how to request account/data deletion.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any recipe (including nutritional/calorie information entered by users) — use your own judgment, especially for dietary or allergy-sensitive decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikCook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
